MeetFlow: book appointments and plan meetings, directly in WordPress

“Does Tuesday work for you? — Unfortunately not, how about Thursday?” Everyone knows these loops. Before an appointment is fixed, several messages often go back and forth. External booking services solve that, but they take visitors away from your own website and store the data with third parties. We wanted neither, and that is why MeetFlow built: appointment booking that runs directly in WordPress. Anyone who arranges a conversation with us via “Book a meeting” is using MeetFlow.

Booking is kept deliberately short: date, time, details — done. Availability, duration and buffer times are set in the backend. On request a video meeting is created automatically, with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Webex, and both sides receive the appointment as a calendar entry.

Reminders that get through

An agreed appointment is only as good as the reminder. MeetFlow can remind people by email and also by SMS, WhatsApp or Telegram. The website owner concludes the contracts with those services — MeetFlow provides the connection. Costs and data stay in your own hands.

An appointment should take one click — not five emails.

MeetFlow grew out of our predecessor MeetPress and is developed further in our own daily work. What bothers us in everyday use is improved first. The basic version covers simple appointment booking; the extended plans add video tools, messengers and automations.

In short: MeetFlow turns arranging an appointment into a short click on your own website.

If you want to try MeetFlow, you will find Documentation und Plans on the product page – or you book an appointment with us and experience it yourself.
