What does KITech do?
KITech builds AI automations, custom software and web/CMS solutions, and supports digitalisation — with a focus on processes and data for mid-sized companies in the DACH region, including experience from banking and insurance.
-
Which services do we offer?
AI automation & agents, software development, web & CMS, consulting & digitalisation, and our own products (e.g. LIRENO and solutions around orders, receipts and banking processes).
-
Who do you work for?
For companies that want to digitise processes, make data usable or bring AI into daily work in a sensible way — from SMEs to established organisations.
-
Do you also work with existing systems?
Yes. We integrate with the tools and interfaces you already have, instead of rebuilding everything from scratch — where that is sensible and economical.
-
What sets you apart from classic IT service providers?
We start with the business and the process, not with the technology. AI and automation come only when the benefit, the data and the economics are clear.
-
Do you have references?
Yes — including banking, insurance, pharma and digitalisation projects. We are glad to discuss suitable examples in a conversation.
-
Where is our registered office?
In Basel (Switzerland). We work with clients across the DACH region.
-
Which technologies do we use?
Depending on the project: modern web stacks, APIs, cloud services, WordPress/CMS where it fits, and AI/agent architectures for automation and reporting.
-
Do you also build custom software?
Yes. From interfaces and backends to business applications — shaped around your processes, not as a generic standard package.
-
How do you handle data and security?
Access on a need-to-know basis, clear environments (dev/test/prod), and data protection to Swiss and European standards. We clarify the details for each project.
-
What do you mean by AI agents?
Systems that take on or prepare recurring tasks in a process — for example preparing data, starting cases, drafting text. Always with traceable limits and human control where it is needed.
-
Can you extend existing websites or WordPress?
Yes. We build and run web/CMS solutions including plugins and integrations (for example appointment booking with MeetFlow, SuperNav...).
-
How do operation and maintenance work?
By agreement: monitoring, updates, further development. We set the scope and the SLA in the proposal.
-
How do we work, remotely or on site?
Both are possible. Coordination and workshops are often remote; on site in Basel and the region when needed.
-
How do we price projects?
Transparently by effort or as a fixed price — depending on how clear the scope is. Small starts and proofs of concept are possible.
-
Are there monthly plans?
Yes. For products and services we offer subscriptions. There is also on-premise software and plugins at lifetime prices. Custom software is billed by hourly rate or as a fixed price — depending on the scope and the agreement.
-
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer / a regular company invoice (CHF). Other ways by agreement. For subscriptions, credit cards via a PSP (payment service provider).
-
When are invoices issued?
Depending on the contract: milestones, monthly, or after the project is finished. That is stated clearly in the proposal.
-
What happens if the scope changes?
We discuss changes openly and record them in writing — including the effect on time and budget.
-
What should I do if I have a question about an invoice?
Directly to us (e.g. billing@kitech.ai). We clarify open points promptly.
-
How do we start?
With a short initial conversation: goals, current processes, the data situation, the timeframe. After that we propose a concrete next step (workshop, concept or pilot).
-
What should I bring to the initial conversation?
Briefly your goal, the processes and systems involved and — if you have them — examples or access (without sensitive production data).
-
How long does a typical project take?
From a few weeks (pilot, integration) to several months (larger projects). We name a realistic window after scoping.
-
What comes after go-live?
Handover, documentation and optional support or further development. We take feedback through your point of contact.
-
How do I book an appointment?
Über Book a meeting or by email to info@kitech.ai.
