KITech builds AI automation, business intelligence and custom software for mid-sized companies in the DACH region — with experience in banking and insurance since 1999.
Since 1999 I have worked as a developer and consultant in Germany and Switzerland, mainly in business intelligence (SAS), application development and, for several years, AI. In 2024 I founded KITech: consulting and delivery from one source, plus our own products such as MeetFlow. From data modelling to WordPress plugins and AI agents, we deliver solutions that hold up in daily work.
Automate recurring processes with AI and workflow tools — from analysis through to operation. Make, n8n, LLM APIs and clean integrations instead of isolated tools.
Custom applications, APIs and modules — proven in longer projects. From architecture through to handover to your team.
WordPress, plugins and websites that fit your business — including operation and further development. MeetFlow comes from exactly this work.
Clarity before tool chaos: goals, data, processes and a roadmap — especially where the specialist and organisational reality matters.
Data warehouses, ETL pipelines and reports that still hold as volumes grow — from modelling through to the report for the business team.
Connect systems and close the gaps between them: APIs, data flows and automation across the tools you already use.

Managing director, tax advisory, Heidelberg
For years we had pieced everything together somehow – Excel here, a tool there. KITech looked at it calmly and tidied it up without a big production. No sales pressure, just a practical approach.
Head of operations, Zurich
I was honestly hesitant about AI. Today our receipt checks run semi-automatically, and the team has time again for the actual work. Working with KITech was straightforward.
Owner, SME, Stuttgart
Before, it took forever to agree a meeting. We now use MeetFlow every day – our assistant swears by it. And if something stalls, a person gets in touch, not just a ticket system.
IT lead, industry, north-western Switzerland
You can tell these people know what they are talking about. No slide marathon, but something that lands in our day-to-day work. Connecting it to our existing systems was the decisive point.
HR & Administration, Basel
Not everything was perfect from day one – but the adjustment was quick. Today I skip the tedious routine tasks, and colleagues no longer keep asking for the same status.
