Where do waiting times arise? Which data is missing, and where? What is entered twice? Which steps exist only because the system requires them?
From that comes an order: what helps immediately, what needs groundwork, and what is not worth doing at all. With realistic effort — even when the honest answer is that a project does not pay off.
The difference from advice alone: we implement it ourselves. What we recommend, we also have to be able to build afterwards.

- Analyse – Where does the effort really sit? What is the cause, and what is a symptom?
- Roadmap – Prioritised measures with effort, benefit and dependencies.
- Support – Implementation by us, or support for your team, if you want it.
