The problem<\/h3>\n

Digitalisation rarely fails because of the technology. It fails because nobody can say precisely which problem is supposed to be solved.<\/p>\n

The result is familiar: tools nobody uses after six months. Projects that take three times as long. And the realisation that the real difficulty lay somewhere else.<\/p>\n\n

What we do<\/h3>\n

We look at how work is done at your company \u2014 before anyone talks about tools.<\/p>\n

Where do waiting times arise? Which data is missing, and where? What is entered twice? Which steps exist only because the system requires them?<\/p>\n

From that comes an order: what helps immediately, what needs groundwork, and what is not worth doing at all. With realistic effort \u2014 even when the honest answer is that a project does not pay off.<\/p>\n

The difference from advice alone: we implement it ourselves. What we recommend, we also have to be able to build afterwards.<\/p>\n\n

    Particular focus: regulated environments<\/h3>\n

    Where regulatory requirements apply \u2014 traceability, retention, reporting duties \u2014 we bring more than 15 years of experience in banking and insurance. Regulatory reporting, anti-money-laundering, accounting standards: we know what an audit means, and we plan accordingly.<\/p>\n\n
