The problem<\/h3>\n

In every company there is work nobody wants to do, but somebody has to: moving data from one system to the next, sorting enquiries, assembling reports, following up. Time-consuming, error-prone, and the effort grows with the business.<\/p>\n

The reflex is often to buy another tool. Afterwards you have one more tool \u2014 and the original problem in a new place.<\/p>\n\n

What we do<\/h3>\n

We look at the process first, not the tool. What actually happens, where do waiting times arise, which steps repeat?<\/p>\n

Only then do we decide what gets automated. Sometimes a workflow between two existing systems is enough. Sometimes it takes an AI agent that understands text, prepares decisions and sorts cases. Sometimes the best path is to remove the process entirely.<\/p>\n

What matters to us: you must be able to see at any time what the system is doing and why. Automation that nobody can trace any more is a new risk \u2014 not a solved problem.<\/p>\n\n

How we proceed<\/h3>\n

  1. Process analysis<\/strong> \u2013 Which workflows tie up time? Where do errors arise? What is actually worth it?<\/li>\n
  2. Feasibility<\/strong> \u2013 A realistic view of effort, benefit and limits. Even when the answer is \u201cnot worth it\u201d.<\/li>\n
  3. Aufbau<\/strong> \u2013 Delivery in agreed steps, each one testable on its own.<\/li>\n
  4. Test in daily use<\/strong> \u2013 Parallel running until the result is reliably right.<\/li>\n
  5. Handover & operation<\/strong> \u2013 Documentation, briefing, monitoring, further development.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
